I want you to write about two things today. First off write about the title,
To Kill A Mockingbird, and why Harper Lee might have chose it as the title and how it relates to characters in the book. Second, discuss the relationship between blacks and whites in the book.
I think that Harper Lee chose this title because it tells how in the story it is a sin to kill a mocking bird. I think that the relationship between the blacks and whites is very tense they dont get along at all the blacks are nothing like what the whites think they are.
ReplyDeleteI think the tittle To Kill A Mockingbird is because of relationships with other people, or the two mockingbirds are Boo Radley, and Tom Robinson. ".....remember it's a sin to kill an innocent man" The relationship with the blacks and the whites in this book is how Atticus is protecting a black, Tom. They really are making a big deal about it when in court. The blacks are sending.
ReplyDeleteFirst off the title TO Kill A Mockingbird might be a good title for this could book because a mockingbird can be helpful, mean, and quiet just like in this book and all the characters. The next thing is the relationships between blacks and whites in this book is they still feel like one is better than the rest.
ReplyDeleteI think the title To Kill A Mockingbird is because mockingbirds can be all different types of moods and stuff. Like for example, they can be quiet, or mean. This is kind of like certain characters in the book. The relationship with blacks and whites is how Atticus is protecting a black, which is Tom. People don't really like it that much.
ReplyDeleteHarper Lee might have picked it because this is kind of a religious book and Atticus said to Jem that killing a Mockingbird is a sin. The relationship is not a very positive one the whites call the blacks nasty names and barley give them the time of day.
